What is covered
What you paid for the capsules themselves, on any of the three order sizes, in whatever condition the bottles come back.
Two months from delivery to make up your mind, opened bottles included, and the capsule price returned to whichever card paid for it.

The seller gives you sixty days from the day your parcel is delivered. If you decide in that window that MemoClear is not for you, write to customer service, ask for the return address, and send the bottles back — used or unused. The purchase price goes back to the card that paid it. Return postage is yours to cover and any shipping you paid at checkout is not part of the refund. The whole procedure, and what to put in the email, is on the money-back guarantee page.
The clock starts when the courier hands over the parcel. Find that date in your tracking email before you do anything else, because everything below depends on it.
[email protected], or telephone +1 (507) 448-8190. Put the order number from your confirmation email in the first line and say plainly that you would like to return the order.
They reply with the address to post to. Nothing should be sent before that arrives, because an unexpected parcel is much harder for a warehouse to tie back to a name.
Every bottle from the order, whether it is full, part used or empty. Pay for a tracked service and hold on to the receipt until the money appears.
The credit returns to whichever card paid. Banks take a few working days over it. If a week passes after the seller confirms the parcel arrived, send them the tracking number.
The guarantee is the seller’s and the refund comes from the seller. This website has no access to your order, cannot look up a tracking number and cannot issue money. Everything on this page describes what the seller publishes, and the seller’s own terms at checkout are what govern.

Shipping charges paid at checkout, the postage to return the parcel, and the five downloads, which are files and cannot be sent back.
The terms above are the ones the seller publishes for MemoClear. Customer service will confirm any of it in writing before you post anything back.

Five marks from the carton and from the seller: made in the USA, a GMP certified facility, non-GMO, natural ingredients, and full support behind every order.
Yes. That is the point of the guarantee, and the seller asks for the containers back precisely so the return can be matched to a name and an order number.
Delivery. Not the date on your order confirmation and not the date you first opened the bottle, but the day the courier handed the parcel over.
No. The refund covers the purchase price. Any shipping paid at checkout stays with the seller, and the postage to send the bottles back is yours.
You could not if you wanted to. They are PDF files delivered by email, and the seller does not ask for them back.
The seller processes it once the parcel reaches them, after which your bank sets the pace. A few working days is usual and a fortnight is not unheard of.

Pick a two, three or six bottle order at the seller's checkout. Two months from the day it lands to decide whether you keep it.
The order is completed on the seller's own secure checkout, where the final total, your address and your payment are confirmed. Sixty days to ask for the money back, counted from the day the parcel arrives.
