Photograph the part of the carton that disagrees with us, tell us which page, and it gets corrected.
Three lines settle most order questions in one exchange rather than four: the name the order was placed under, the order number printed in your confirmation, and the courier tracking number if one has been issued.
If a bottle has arrived broken, stop unpacking and photograph it where it lies, along with the outer carton. Pictures taken before anything is moved are worth more than any description.
If you want your money back, say so in the first sentence, mention that you are still inside the sixty days, and ask where to post the bottles. The whole procedure is laid out on the money-back guarantee page.
Anything personal and medical. There is nothing useful this website can do with that kind of detail, so please keep it out of the inbox.
We cannot see it. Order records sit with the seller and nothing about them reaches this website, so the fastest route is always to write to them with your order number in the subject line.
That is not a question a website can answer. We can tell you exactly what is on the label and what each order costs; what suits you personally is something only somebody who knows your circumstances can judge.
No, none of the three. Emails offering them are deleted unread.

Pick a two, three or six bottle order at the seller's checkout. Two months from the day it lands to decide whether you keep it.
The order is completed on the seller's own secure checkout, where the final total, your address and your payment are confirmed. Sixty days to ask for the money back, counted from the day the parcel arrives.
